We started as a group of experts who decided to further the region's mission of solving the ever-increasing problem of a depleted affordable housing market in the Hudson Valley. It soon became obvious that it would make sense to help our clients see beyond the walls and floor plans and be there with them from project start to completion to insure each project is efficient, affordable and sustainable. Currently, we offer in-house consulting for developers, construction companies, and government agencies. Help us to help you.
